最近在面试外包（工作经验 7~10+），面试了两天给我的感觉是简历上写得经验很全，技术很不错，
但是面试的时候很多问题都是一知半解答不全。

我以为我问的问题已经是比较基础和常见的了，也没问啥很难的问题，至少我认为中级应该都能答个十之八九。

我之前也面过正职，给我的感觉是总是能面到大佬。所以我不确定是 hr 筛选的问题，还是大多能力还行的不会考虑做外包。

这样想来 op 应该是在外包里面拔尖的了
