@duck2 我是体脂率太高了，所以想着降体脂，降体脂肯定又会降体重，所以干脆体重暂时降低就降低吧，后面体脂正常了再增肌把体重增回来

@Softml 先把体脂率降下去之后再专注增肌把体重维持到 80kg

190cm 88kg ，不吃药，减肥两个月，目前 80kg ，体脂率降了 3%，肌肉只掉了 1kg
